ICTSI reports strong first quarter results with increased revenues, earnings and TEU volumes

International Container Terminal Services, Inc. (ICTSI) reported increased container volumes, as well as improved financial results in the first quarter of 2023, compared with the same period in the previous year.

In particular, ICTSI handled 3,102,105 TEUs in the first three months of the year, translating to a 9% growth from the same period in 2022.

Moreover, the global operator’s revenues grew by 8% reaching US$572.25 million, while earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortisation (EBITDA) increased by 5% to US$354.20 million.

Additionally, ICTSI reported that its net income for the first quarter of 2023 increased year-on-year by 11% climbing to US$172.57 million.
