As tensions over US-China tariffs simmer once again, Japanese shipping giant Kawasaki Kisen Kaisha (K-Line) is preparing to divert its container ships away from US routes, a move that could signal a broader reconfiguration in global maritime trade.



Speaking on Reuters, K-Line CEO Takenori Igarashi confirmed that the company is “closely watching” the outcome of ongoing US-China tariff negotiations.
