Hiab appoints two new leaders to strengthen leadership team

Hiab has appointed two new leaders to its executive team as part of its ongoing organisational development.

Jenny McGeough will become President of Loader Cranes, Heavy and Superheavy, effective 1 November 2025. She succeeds Marcel Boxem, who has been serving in the role on an interim basis. Boxem will return to his position as VP, Sales & Product Management for Loader Cranes, Heavy and Superheavy.

Kimberly Allan will join as Executive Vice President, Business Excellence, starting 1 October 2025. The role replaces the former Executive Vice President, Business Operations Development position, which CEO Scott Phillips has held on an interim basis.

Following Allan’s appointment, Sanna Ahonen will return her focus to mergers and acquisitions, strategy, and sustainability, effective 1 October 2025.

After these appointments, Hiab’s leadership team will consist of CEO Scott Phillips, EVP CFO Mikko Puolakka, Michaël Bruninx, Hermanni Lyyski, Jenny McGeough, Barry McGrane, Martin Saint, Magdalena Wojtowicz-Tokarz, Sanna Ahonen, Kimberly Allan, Ghita Jansson-Kiuru, Birgitte Skade, and Taina Tirkkonen.
