Hapag Lloyd, Price Announcement – Europe Westbound Mediterranean to Mexico

In a continued effort to provide you with a high level of service, uninterrupted liner services and equipment supply, Hapag-Lloyd will apply an increase of current PSS from Italy, Bulgaria, Egypt, Israel, Romania, Slovenia and Croatia.

For all other Mediterranean countries Hapag-Lloyd will apply a Peak Season Surcharge (PSS) for all container types with an adjusted validity on the westbound trade to Mexico.

Effective for sailings as of June 18, 2018 and valid until further notice, the increased PSS for Italy to Mexico will be as follows:

  • USD 500 per container

Effective for sailings as of June 18, 2018 and valid until further notice, the increased PSS for Bulgaria, Egypt, Israel, Romania, Slovenia and Croatia to Mexico will be as follows:

  • USD 300 per container

Effective for sailings as of June 18, 2018 and valid until further notice, the PSS for all other Mediterranean countries to Mexico will be as follows:

  • USD 200 per container

The Ocean Tariff rates as well as Bunker-related surcharges, Security-related surcharges, THCs remain unchanged and can be found here.

Other local charges and contingency surcharges may apply.
