Hapag-Lloyd and CMA CGM have decided that Indamex 2 (IN2) service will have a temporary rotation change, according to which the port of Jeddah in Saudi Arabia will be called on the next Westbound route.

The updated rotation for the service, which connects North America with the Indian Ocean, will be the following:

Port Qasim (Pakistan) – Mundra (India) – Nhava Sheva (India) – Jeddah (Saudi Arabia) – Norfolk (US) – Charleston (US) – Savannah (US)

The first vessel sailing under this updated rotation from Jeddah was the 6,600 TEU Swansea which departed the Saudi Arabian port on 11 January 2023.
