GXO Logistics has announced a new partnership with Toolstation, a leading supplier of tools and building materials for professionals and serious DIYers.
This marks Toolstation’s first outsourced logistics partnership in the Netherlands and underscores GXO’s ability to efficiently scale and manage complex logistics operations.
Willem Veekens, GXO’s Managing Director for Belgium, the Netherlands, and the Nordics highlighted the operational excellence needed to boost efficiency and elevate customer satisfaction.
As part of the agreement, GXO is welcoming over 100 Toolstation employees at two facilities in Bleiswijk, totaling more than 30,000 square meters and housing over 15,000 SKUs.
To enhance operations and speed up fulfillment, GXO will implement technologies including handheld scanners and an automated carton builder.
