Gulftainer has introduced the India–Gulf Express (GIX), a new direct maritime service designed to connect West India with the UAE, Oman, and Qatar through Gulftainer’s integrated ports and logistics network.
The service will feature weekly direct sailings from Nhava Sheva and Mundra to Sharjah, Sohar, Hamad, and Jebel Ali, supported by bonded hubs, terminals, and a dedicated trucking fleet to ensure smooth end-to-end logistics.
GIX aims to deliver faster lead times, optimized port stays, and enhanced intra-Gulf connectivity, offering cost-effective and transparent shipping solutions.
The new service reinforces Gulftainer’s commitment to developing smarter, faster, and more connected supply chains across key regional trade corridors.
