Golden Energy Offshore Services finalizes three vessel contracts

Golden Energy Offshore Services (GEOS) has finalized short and medium-term agreements for three vessels. Also, the company announced the successful completion of a short-term contract for its vessel, the Energy Pace.

“We are delighted to secure these contracts for our vessels. This achievement reflects our team’s dedication to providing top-tier services and underscores our commitment to operational excellence,” stated Per Ivar Fagervoll, CEO of Golden Energy Offshore Services AS.

These contracts, totalling 380 firm vessel days, have been secured with esteemed international charterers. With an average day rate surpassing US$28,000/day, the consolidated firm value is approximately US$10.8 million.

Moreover, these charterers retain the option to extend the utilization of the vessels for up to 380 days, at an average day rate exceeding US$28,600/day. Should these options be exercised, the total contract value would reach US$21.7 million.

According to a statement, these agreements highlight the company’s steadfast dedication to delivering top-notch offshore services.
