Globe Tracker partners with Avcatech in Australasia on IoT reefer solutions

Globe Tracker (GT), a provider of global supply chain Internet of Things (IoT) visibility for cold-chain, has selected Avcatech as their agents to represent all sales and marketing functions in the Australasia region.

The GT Sense reefer solution provided by Globe Tracker allows full visibility and control of refrigerated units, both marine and over-the-road assets including their condition along with advanced local area network capability allowing for in-cargo sensing, giving users and their customers granular cargo and pallet level condition monitoring.

“Given Avcatech’s reputation, knowledge and experience in the cold chain space, we feel they are the perfect partner to further the global reach of Globe Tracker,” noted Chris Laskaris, Vice President of Sales, Asia Pacific at Globe Tracker.

“Avcatech is proud to be appointed as Globe Tracker’s representative in our territory and to have the opportunity to introduce their products and services to our customers. Globe Tracker already has an impressive supply record to the global shipping industry, and we look forward to working closely together to help the industry achieve greater reliability and transparency in the Supply Chain,” commented Sanjay Savur, CEO of Avcatech.
