Südzucker Polska has appointed GEODIS as its new strategic partner for warehousing operations in Poland, strengthening logistics support for one of Europe’s leading food producers.
GEODIS delivered the project on a tight schedule, bringing the new facility online within one month of signing the contract. The company secured a 5,500 sqm warehouse, completed a food-grade sanitary audit and implemented all HACCP requirements ahead of launch.
The site is equipped with enhanced security and climate monitoring systems, including temperature and humidity controls. GEODIS also completed staff training and medical checks to meet strict food safety standards.
Bogdan Młynarczyk, Managing Director of GEODIS in Poland, said the new operation will improve supply chain reliability, inventory control and service quality for Südzucker’s customers in Poland and across Europe.
The partnership aims to centralise warehousing and streamline distribution, ensuring consistent service levels across the region.
