Ocean Network Express (ONE) has confirmed that General Average has been declared by the owners of the ONE Henry Hudson after a recent fire incident at the Port of Los Angeles.
According to ONE, the vessel’s owners have appointed Richards Hogg Lindley as the Average Adjusters. The firm will oversee the collection of General Average securities and all required documentation from cargo interests.
The company emphasized that the appointed adjusters are the only authorized party to guide customers and insurers through the process of submitting security and related documents. ONE will provide their contact details separately.
Customers are advised that cargo will not be released until the necessary arrangements have been completed with the Average Adjusters.
