Gemini Cooperation, a container shipping alliance between Maersk and Hapag-Lloyd, will launch a new Transpacific service, covering East China and North East Asia to California.
The rotation of the TP9 service will be Xiamen (China) – Busan (South Korea) – Long Beach (US) – Xiamen, with Maersk saying that it will offer improved transit times. The TP9 service is expected to connect Busan with Long Beach in 14 days, and Xiamen with the US port in 18 days.
As shown in the following tables, the service is scheduled to launch on June 24.
