Gebrüder Weiss is expanding its import compliance and customs management services in the United States. The company appointed industry veteran Justyna Marczyk as National Import Compliance Manager to support growing cross-border trade and evolving tariff policies.
Gebrüder Weiss continues to invest across the U.S. through new offices, seaport facilities, warehouses, acquisitions, and key hires.
“We anticipate customer needs and adapt quickly to shifting global trade conditions,” said Mark McCullough, CEO of Gebrüder Weiss North America. “With tariff policies in flux, strengthening compliance ensures smooth import operations. Justyna brings deep expertise that benefits our customers immediately.”
Marczyk has more than 16 years of experience in import compliance, customs management, and regulatory processes. She previously held senior roles at DB Schenker, AIT Custom Brokerage, M.E. Dey & Co., and Ted L Rausch Co.
In her role, she will onboard new import clients, support existing customers, and help them navigate tariff updates and trade policy changes. Her background includes federal agency compliance with FDA, EPA, and U.S. Fish and Wildlife regulations.
Tariff volatility remains a major concern. A 2025 Gartner survey reported that 92% of supply chain leaders face higher tariff-related costs, and 75% expect slower demand due to trade shifts. Strong compliance helps prevent fines, delays, and added costs.
“Gebrüder Weiss sets the standard for customer service,” said Marczyk. “I simplify complex policy changes and deliver fast, clear guidance so customers stay compliant and agile.”
With this appointment, Gebrüder Weiss reinforces its commitment to helping businesses navigate evolving trade environments and maintain strong, efficient supply chains.
