Folk Maritime Services Company has announced the enhancement of its South Red Sea Service, introducing a revised rotation aimed at boosting regional trade connectivity.
The updated service will operate on a 10-day loop from Jeddah Islamic Port (JED), connecting major Red Sea ports in a streamlined sequence:
JED → Port Sudan (PZU) → JED → Djibouti (DJI) → Aden (ADE) → JED.
The move reinforces Jeddah’s role as a strategic hub and is expected to improve service reliability and cargo flow across key trade routes in the southern Red Sea corridor.
