FESCO launches new intra-Russia rail service

FESCO Transportation Group has launched FESCO Ob Amur Shuttle – a container train connecting Novosibirsk and Khabarovsk.

The trains will depart once a week from Novosibirsk-Vostochniy station with a six-day transit time to the destination at Krasnaya Rechka (Red River) station. The FESCO Ob Amur Shuttle will be mainly transporting consumer goods, with volumes of 450TEU per month.

Aimed at domestic transportation between Siberia and the Far East regions, the first shuttle train arrived at Krasnaya Rechka station on 16 February 2020.
