FedEx Dataworks, ServiceNow partner to build AI-Powered supply chains

FedEx Dataworks and ServiceNow announced a new strategic collaboration to build AI-native, data-driven supply chain solutions. The partnership combines FedEx Dataworks’ global logistics intelligence with the ServiceNow AI platform to anticipate disruptions, optimize networks, and turn supply chain complexity into competitive advantage.

FedEx Dataworks will integrate its data with ServiceNow’s procurement tools. The goal is to deliver real-time supply chain insights, reduce risk, and help companies make faster, smarter sourcing decisions.

This agreement marks a major step toward end-to-end digital supply chain workflows. The companies plan to unify planning, procurement, logistics, and network optimization on a single intelligent platform.

In the near term, the integration will bring FedEx data, including shipment performance, route availability, and disruption alerts, into ServiceNow’s Source-to-Pay Operations. This capability will help businesses detect supplier issues early, improve supply continuity, and lower operational costs.

“Agility is how businesses grow and thrive,” said Paul Fipps, President of Global Customer Operations at ServiceNow. “Together, we will turn real-time insight into action and power intelligent supply chains that anticipate and adapt.”

“Supply chains are the heartbeat of global commerce,” said Vishal Talwar, EVP and Chief Digital and Information Officer at FedEx. “By combining our data with ServiceNow’s AI, we give that heartbeat superpowers.”

Both companies will invest in joint innovation hubs, platform integrations, and shared engineering over multiple years to accelerate development.

The first capabilities will launch in Q1 2026 within ServiceNow’s Source-to-Pay Operations, with wider rollouts planned.
