
FedEx Corp. has appointed Kawal Preet as Executive Vice President, Planning, Engineering, and Transformation, effective October 1. She will report to FedEx President and CEO Raj Subramaniam and join the company’s Executive Committee.
Preet previously served as regional president of FedEx Asia Pacific since 2020, guiding the region through the pandemic and a dynamic global environment. She has a 28-year career spanning operations, planning, and engineering roles and is known for building high-performing teams.
In her new role, Preet will lead the DRIVE transformation initiatives and oversee global centralized planning and engineering, focusing on network integration to advance FedEx’s transformational strategies.
Subramaniam said, “Kawal’s leadership will enable a holistic approach to DRIVE efforts, creating long-term value for our customers, team members, and shareholders.” A successor for the APAC role will be named later.
