Everllence selects new CFO

The Supervisory Board of Everllence has appointed Rainer Seidl to the company’s Executive Board, effective September 1, 2025. He will assume leadership of the finance division, succeeding Jürgen Klöpffer, who is stepping down as part of a planned retirement.

Gunnar Kilian, Chairman of the Everllence Supervisory Board, commented that Rainer Seidl brings a wealth of financial acumen and analytical strength, honed through a distinguished career at the Volkswagen Group, and he is ideally positioned to guide Everllence through its next phase of sustainable growth.

Rainer Seidl holds degrees in Industrial Engineering and Mechanical Engineering, earned at the Universities of Applied Sciences in Augsburg and Munich. He began his career at Audi in Ingolstadt, focusing on factory logistics planning and controlling.

In 2007, he became Head of Investment Controlling at Audi.



His international career progressed with appointments as Head of Finance at Automobili Lamborghini (2011), First Vice President Finance at FAW-Volkswagen in China (2016), and Executive Vice President Finance at Volkswagen Group China (2019). Since September 2021, he has served as Head of Corporate Controlling at Volkswagen AG in Wolfsburg.
