ERMA TECH GROUP officially launch

ERMA TECH GROUP has officially launched as a unified alliance of trusted companies, after years of consistent growth, technological breakthroughs, and sectoral expertise.

The launch was unveiled during a globally streamed broadcast that brought together customers, partners, and maritime industry leaders from around the world.

This milestone marks a new chapter in sustainable maritime technology, as decades of innovation and experience are consolidated into a single forward-looking entity.



Eleni Polychronopoulou, President of ERMA TECH GROUP, highlighted that this is the consolidation of decades of experience and innovation into a single, visionary group of companies.

ERMA TECH GROUP commits 7% of its annual revenue to research and development, and to date, has invested more than €50 million in mergers, acquisitions, and pioneering technologies.

These investments span advanced environmental solutions, sustainable upgrades to existing maritime infrastructure, strategic partnerships, and the professional development of its growing workforce.

Mr. Konstantinos Stampedakis, Co-Founder and Managing Director of ERMA TECH GROUP, nited that as the maritime industry is experiencing a profound transformation, this unified structure allows the delivery of smarter, more integrated solutions with increased speed, accuracy, and scale.
