Easyfresh Netherlands joins BlueBoxOcean platform

BlueBox Systems, a leading developer of intelligent freight tracking systems, introduces Easyfresh Netherlands as a new customer on its BlueBoxOcean platform.

Easyfresh Netherlands is part of the Spanish cold chain logistics company Easyfresh Logistics. The Dutch corporation now has access to data on 98% of all worldwide ocean freight flows. BlueBoxOcean offers a significant contribution to increasing transparency in the complicated cold chain logistics.

“When transporting our temperature-sensitive shipments, complete monitoring and transparency are essential. By using BlueBox Systems’ data, we can now offer our customers even better visibility of their shipments and intervene more quickly in the event of short-term problems to ensure smooth transport,” stated Teun Messemaker, global manager of Seafreight at Easy Fresh Netherlands.

Cold chains have long been the ultimate logistical discipline. This is because maintaining the cold chain is one of the most important and complicated aspects of the temperature-controlled transportation supply chain.

In addition, with the rising demand for fresh produce and temperature-sensitive commodities in the global supply chain, organizations must have efficient and dependable solutions for tracking.

This guarantees that food safety and pharmaceutical product quality are not compromised during transit.

Easyfresh Netherlands, a Dutch firm, specializes in logistics for fresh and frozen commodities, providing worldwide deep-sea delivery options in a temperature-controlled environment.

It is currently employing BlueBoxOcean, BlueBox Systems’ marine freight tracking product. BlueBoxOcean enables the cold chain logistics company to trace perishable goods with a few clicks.

Also, BlueBox Systems and its partner Vizion’s statistics cover 98% of global maritime freight flows. BlueBoxOcean’s user-friendly interface enables fast access to real-time shipment status and cargo location updates, allowing for more efficient logistics planning and quick response to any deviations.

“This cooperation with Easyfresh Netherlands underlines the growing demand for transparency in refrigerated transport in ocean freight logistics. In this area, too, companies want to plan their routes in the best possible way, save resources and be able to react as quickly as possible to events during transport – and the data we provide makes this possible,” explained Martin Schulze, CEO of BlueBox Systems.
