Dyros, which lost 90 boxes in North Pacific, is now sailing to Seattle

Maersk-operated container vessel Dyros, which experienced heavy weather on 21 March and lost around 90 containers in North Pacific, departed the port of Lazaro Cardenas on 16 April.

On 3 April, the boxship arrived at the Mexican port, where it underwent damage assessment and necessary repairs.

The 4,578 TEU Dyros is now sailing to the port of Seattle, United States, where it is expected to arrive on 25 April.

“We are pleased to announce that the vessel has departed from Lazaro Cardenas on Saturday, 16 April and is now headed to Seattle, US. We expect her to be alongside and working by April 25th,” said Maersk in its latest update.
