DSV has agreed to sell 100% of the shares in USA Truck, Inc. and its subsidiaries to UTAC, LLC.
The transaction follows DSV’s strategic decision, announced after Q3 2025, to exit ownership of the business.
Under the new ownership, USA Truck is expected to be well positioned for future growth, with its business model and core strengths fully leveraged.
UTAC will take over responsibility for ongoing operations. The move aims to ensure continuity for customers, partners, and employees.
Both parties said they will manage a smooth transition, with a focus on maintaining service quality and supporting USA Truck’s next phase of development.
