Dominik Schneiter appointed acting CEO at WinGD

WinGD, a Swiss marine power firm, has announced a leadership change. Klaus Heim, the current CEO of WinGD, recently informed the Board of Directors that he has decided to step down from his position on 31 July 2023.

As a result of this transition, the Board of Directors has named Dominik Schneiter as Acting CEO, effective from 1 July 2023.

Schneiter has over three decades of industry expertise, having previously served as WinGD’s vice president of Research & Development for the last seven years.

“I am honoured to be entrusted with the responsibility of leading WinGD as we navigate the evolving landscape of the shipping industry,” stated Dominik Schneiter.
