Dole Ocean Cargo express to raise Costa Rica THC

Dole Ocean Cargo Express, LLC will implement an increase to the Costa Rica Terminal Handling Charge (THC) at Puerto Moin effective September 7, 2025.

The adjustments are as follows:

  • Imports to Costa Rica: +$20 per container, any size/type.

  • Exports from Costa Rica: +$19 per container, any size/type.

The revised charges will apply to all import and export shipments under tariff and service contracts between Costa Rica (via Puerto Moin) and the United States or Canada.
