DHL Supply Chain has launched its DHL ReTurn Network, a nationwide, multi-client reverse logistics solution designed to help businesses manage returns more efficiently and sustainably.
The network leverages 11 purpose-built shared facilities to handle returns for multiple customers, reducing costs and eliminating the need for additional infrastructure. Companies can save 10% to 50% on total returns processing while improving scalability.
DHL integrates advanced technology, including its ReSKU® decision engine, to standardize processing, provide data-driven insights, and maximize value recovery from returned goods. In 2024, DHL diverted over 200 million pounds of returns from landfills.
“The ReTurn Network keeps products in circulation and out of landfills while cutting costs and improving efficiency for our customers,” said Thomas Borders, VP of Operations for DHL Supply Chain North America’s ReTurn Network.
The launch expands DHL’s offerings to emerging brands and established retailers and includes technology rights from recommerce provider Arrive Recommerce.
