DHL Group has announced key leadership changes set to take effect on August 16, 2025, following a decision by the Supervisory Board of Deutsche Post AG.
Oscar de Bok, currently CEO of DHL Supply Chain and a member of the Management Board since 2019, has been appointed CEO of DHL Global Forwarding, Freight, succeeding Tim Scharwath, who will retire.
To fill the resulting vacancy, Hendrik Venter, currently leading Supply Chain operations in Mainland Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, will step into the role of CEO of DHL Supply Chain and join the Management Board of DHL Group.
The transition reflects DHL’s continued focus on leadership development and succession planning across its global logistics divisions.
