
DHL eCommerce has announced a leadership transition in its Americas division, naming Scott Ashbaugh as the new CEO of DHL eCommerce Americas, effective July 1, 2025.
Ashbaugh, who currently serves as Chief Commercial Officer, will succeed Lee Spratt, who is set to retire at the end of the year on December 31, 2025. Ashbaugh will be based at the division’s headquarters in Weston, Florida, and will report directly to Pablo Ciano, CEO of DHL eCommerce.
He will also join the DHL eCommerce Global Management Board.
Prior to stepping into commercial leadership, he spent more than a decade managing operations across DHL’s domestic and international networks. His deep operational expertise has played a crucial role in supporting the company’s commercial growth and strengthening its position in the competitive e-commerce delivery sector.
Pablo Ciano praised the appointment, stating, Scott has been a vital contributor to company’s success, and expressed confidence that he will effectively lead the division’s growth strategy.
In his remarks, Ashbaugh expressed his appreciation for the opportunity, saying, DHL eCommerce has embraced change year after year, consistently producing an outstanding shipping experience at a market-leading price.
