deugro boosts its global presence with two new branches in Europe

deugro, a highly specialised expert in freight forwarding and project logistics solutions, will establish its second branch in Aarhus, Denmark on 1 November, as part of its expansion plan, to increase client proximity and attract and hire more staff.

This second branch expands on the well-established Herning branch, which celebrated its 20th anniversary on 1 January 2023.

The new office is another milestone in deugro Denmark’s ongoing business development, as seen by the branch’s continually expanding number of clients and successfully completed projects.

“Opening a second branch office is a natural evolution of what we have already seen over the last two decades when it comes to project logistics within wind and renewables, but also now within emerging market potentials of other business verticals. Our primary and clear objective is supporting clients in their growth ambitions and having deugro Denmark as their trusted partner delivering added value in all aspects. In particular fulfilling the joint ambitions of delivering safe, high-performance and cost-beneficial logistics solutions,” stated Hans Henrik Groen, country manager and managing director of deugro Denmark.

Furthermore, the company recently opened a new branch in Gdynia, Poland in order to enhance its presence in the Polish market.

The new office is expected to provide full-service project freight forwarding and logistics solutions to and from Poland to both local and worldwide clients in all key industries, including oil and gas, petrochemical, and mining.

“Together with the opening of the new office, we are also excited to welcome two valuable additions to our team: Pawel Szwoch, who is joining us as Head of Operations, and Rafal Danicki as Sales & Business Development Manager in Poland. Both Pawel and Rafal are seasoned professionals in project freight forwarding with years of experience in the industry. Their expertise and knowledge of the Polish market will contribute to our continued success and growth,” said Matias Setala, president – Scandinavia & Eastern Europe | Global FCL Procurement & Tender Management at deugro.
