Deloitte and Nexxiot ink strategic collaboration agreement

Deloitte, recognised for its broad variety of services such as audit, consultancy, financial advising, risk management, tax, and legal services, is collaborating with Nexxiot, known for its experience in digitalising supply chain assets such as shipping containers and railcars.

Nexxiot’s sensor network and Artificial Intelligence (AI) capabilities provide significant insights into supply chain inefficiencies, lowering uncertainty and operational costs. Deloitte will be critical as the integration partner in charge of implementing these digital changes.

“The strategic partnership with Deloitte and Nexxiot represents a significant step forward for supply chain participants. It will accelerate the adoption of fleet-wide technologies, fostering visibility, transparency, and operational excellence,” stated Stefan Kalmund, CEO of Nexxiot.

According to a statement, this strategic collaboration will create a solid, scalable infrastructure based on a strong commitment to regulatory excellence and trust.

It combines Deloitte’s long-standing KYC (Know Your Client) services and implementation expertise with Nexxiot’s cutting-edge asset intelligence technology and dependable CINFONI (Client Information Network Intelligence) platform.

Also, CINFONI has received regulatory approval to generate, conduct, recycle, and exchange ‘Golden Records’ in the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sectors.

“Through this partnership, we aim to set a new global standard for KYX services, benefitting all stakeholders in the logistics sector, including trade finance, banking, and insurance. Deloitte and Nexxiot offer new services based on real-time data, covering all aspects of KYX from door-to-door, internationally,” said James Yearsley, Deloitte’s lead partner for the Transportation, Hospitality and Services Sector for NSE (North & South Europe).
