
DECATHLON and CMA CGM have announced a strategic partnership to co-name and support France Cyclisme’s professional cycling team, beginning at the end of the 2025 season. The initial five-year agreement marks a new chapter for French cycling, uniting two major French, family-owned companies that share a deep commitment to sport, collective progress, and national pride.
DECATHLON, rooted in Hauts-de-France, has long aimed to make sport accessible while growing its presence in elite competition. CMA CGM, based in Provence and a global leader in logistics, has consistently supported sport at local and international levels, including the Paris 2024 Olympic Games and grassroots cycling initiatives.
The team, to be known as DECATHLON – CMA CGM, reflects both companies’ dedication to excellence, inclusion, and innovation. DECATHLON CEO Javier López said the partnership is about building a winning project and nurturing future champions. CMA CGM CEO Rodolphe Saadé emphasized shared values like perseverance and humility, stating the Group is proud to join a great French sporting story.
