Port of Dalian does not accept import reefer cargo due to another Covid-19 outbreak in China.

There is a customs restriction for import reefer cargo to Dalian, concerning frozen meat and seafood products, according to Hapag-Lloyd’s announcement.

The German carrier has told its customers to divert their reefer containers to Qingdao, Tianjin and other ports in China, return the reefer container to its origin port.

However, Hapag-Lloyd noted it reserves the right to make the necessary arrangements in case they do not receive any instructions from its customers.
