
The owner and manager of Dali, the container ship that knocked down the Francis Scott Key Bridge in Baltimore in 2024, is suing South Korean shipbuilder HD Hyundai Heavy Industries (HHI), alleging construction defects in the vessel.
On 31 July, Singapore-based vessel owner Grace Ocean Pte Ltd and ship manager Synergy Marine Pte Ltd, represented by US law firms Blank Rome and Duane Morris, filed the suit in a Pennsylvania state court.
