Twenty-seven containers fell from a China United Lines (CULines)-owned ship on 6 January, outside Taiwan’s Keelung port.
The Taiwan Coast Guard’s Keelung unit said that around 8.15am local time, it was alerted to the incident that occurred 17 nautical miles off Keelung.
