CTSP shows increased numbers

In January-September 2018, Container Terminal Saint-Petersburg CJSC (CTSP, a company of UCL Holding) handled 550,300 TEUs, which is 15.5% more than in the same period of 2017.

In 9M’2018, imports via the terminal reached 264,600 TEUs (up 23.5% vs 9M’2017) including 175,600 TEUs of loaded containers.

Exports totaled 285,700 TEUs (up 9%, year-on-year) including 210,700 TEUs of loaded containers.

In the 9-months period, the number of calls totaled 423 with average shipload of 1,300 TEUs.

Container shipments by railway transport accounted for 26% of the terminal’s total cargo throughput.

The terminal’s market share in Saint-Petersburg and Ust-Luga is flat at 33%.
