CrimsonLogic speeds e-commerce imports

CrimsonLogic, a global trade digitalization specialist and a subsidiary of PSA International, has introduced its Canada Low-Value Shipment (LVS) Clearance solution. The platform automates customs filings for shipments valued at CA$3,300 or less, helping customs brokers, importers, and e-commerce platforms process high-volume imports faster and with full compliance.

The solution streamlines regulatory submissions, reduces manual handling, and allows thousands of packages to clear through a single workflow. It also integrates with the new Casual Refund Electronic Data Interchange Transaction System (CREDITS), enabling users to recover duties on returned casual importations.

Key Features:

  • Automated LVS processing – Fast, accurate clearance for high-volume shipments.

  • Built-in compliance engine – Ensures filings meet Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) standards.

  • Seamless integration – Works with existing trade workflows for quick adoption and minimal disruption.

“The Canada LVS Clearance solution gives enterprises the agility to respond quickly to market demands,” said Varun Sahai, Head of Trade Business Products at CrimsonLogic. “It simplifies customs clearance so businesses can focus on growth.”

Winnie Lau, Head of North America, added: “This solution strengthens our clients’ ability to serve e-commerce consumers by accelerating clearance, improving reliability, and supporting long-term growth.”
