COSCO and State Power Investment sign cooperation deal

China COSCO SHIPPING and State Power Investment signed an online Memorandum of Cooperation Agreement on 20 September.

Both sides will increase synergies, take advantage of their respective business benefits and develop a comprehensive and multi-level strategic relationship.

The two companies will continue to develop strategic collaboration in green energy, shipping logistics, infrastructure building and investment, equipment manufacture, and technical innovation applications, according to the agreement.

Furthermore, both parties will strengthen collaboration on green shipping fuels and new energy industrial chains in order to support green and low-carbon transformation and high-quality sustainable development.

During the discussion before signing the agreement, the two parts addressed their existing cooperation and exchanged perspectives on further increasing cooperation in the future.
