Contargo Road Logistics buys Dutch transport company

Contargo Road Logistics has announced the acquisition of the Dutch transport business HE-Logistics B.V.

With this move, Contargo aims to strengthen its position in container direct transportation inside the Benelux countries.

HE-Logistics provides container transport services via its own and chartered vehicles, reefer and trailer transports, and consolidated and conventional transport services.

In addition, HE-Logistics B.V. operations will continue under the name Contargo HE-Logistics B.V. in the future. Hennie van der Graaf, the managing director of HE-Logistics, B.V., will continue to work within the Contargo Group as branch manager of Contargo HE-Logistics B.V., reporting to managing directors Marcel Hulsker and Cor Bakker.
