Half year container throughput of CTSP

In the first half of 2018, ZAO Container Terminal Saint-Petersburg (CTSP, a company of UCL Holding) handled 374,500 TEUs, which is 17.4% more than in in the same period of 2017.

In H1’2018, imports via the terminal totaled 182,400 TEUs (up 27.8% vs H1’2017), exports – 192,000 TEUs (up 9% Y-o-Y). Imports and exports accounted for 49% and 51% of the terminal’s total throughput accordingly.

In the reporting period, the number of calls totaled 297 with average shipload of 1,200 TEUs.

Container shipments by railway transport accounted for 25% of the terminal’s total cargo throughput.

The terminal’s market share in Saint-Petersburg and Ust-Luga retained at the level of 2017 – 32%.
