CNC commences Singapore-Myanmar service

CMA CGM’s intra-Asia shortsea specialist CNC launched a new service between Singapore and Myanmar on 24 June.

CNC’s Yangon Singapore Express (YSX) service offers a direct connection for cargo movement between the port of Singapore and the port of Yangon in Myanmar.

The port rotation of the YSX service is Singapore – Yangon (Myanmar) – Singapore.

The YSX service will operate on a weekly basis, catering specifically to Yangon’s import and export needs.

“By connecting Yangon to Singapore, a major regional hub, cargoes bound for markets afar can leverage on CNC’s intra-regional connections and CMA CGM Group’s global reach,” said CNC in a statement.
