CMC has unveiled a new name, logo, and unified brand identity, marking the completion of a multi-year integration of its operations and teams.

More than two years ago, Marine Repair Service – Container Maintenance Company, ITI Intermodal, and Columbia Container Services joined forces under a shared vision focused on safety, service, and operational excellence. Following the successful integration of systems, culture, and customer experience, the group now moves forward as a single organization under one brand: CMC.

The new identity reflects the company’s combined expertise and its continued commitment to safety, reliability, quality, and long-term partnerships. While the branding has changed, CMC said its core values and service standards remain unchanged.

CMC continues to provide maintenance, storage, and repair services for containerised freight across the US South, Northeast, and Midwest.

Vince Marino, Chief Executive Officer of CMC, said the rebrand represents a natural next step in the company’s evolution. He noted that the unified identity highlights the strength created by bringing together three family-founded businesses into one cohesive organisation built on integrity, safety, and customer focus.

Alongside the brand launch, CMC announced five leadership promotions to support continued growth and operational consistency:

  • Sam Cermack was promoted to Executive Vice President

  • Bryan Blalock was named Chief Operating Officer

  • Davey Miller was promoted to Senior Vice President, South Region

  • Michael Wojnowski was promoted to Senior Director

  • Allison Czerski was promoted to Senior Vice President, Corporate Administration

The company said the promotions underscore its commitment to developing internal talent and strengthening leadership across its network.

CMC added that the unified brand will enhance collaboration across locations. Lastly, the new brand will support consistent, high-quality service as the company enters its next phase of growth.
