CMA CGM updates loyalty program for Indian spot customers amid volume pressure

CMA CGM has introduced emergency operational measures for shipments to and from several Middle East countries.

Container lines seem to be attempting newer incentive schemes to push cargo support from low-volume shippers out of India as bookings slow down amid tariff uncertainty.

CMA CGM has introduced additional benefits under what it calls ‘sea reward loyalty programme,’ a transactional application it began extending to spot-on customers in 2022.



The programme, theoretically, ties in with discounts and other privileges typically offered by hospitality and travel industry verticals worldwide to boost sales.
