
CMA CGM has announced new Freight All Kinds (FAK) rates for shipments from the Indian Subcontinent to Latin America. The new rates apply from February 25, 2026, based on gate-in dates at origin ports.
The rates cover dry and hazardous cargo. They apply to Central America and the West Coast of South America.
Rates to Buenaventura, San Antonio, Callao and Guayaquil are set at USD 2,200 per 20-foot container and USD 2,400 per 40-foot container.
Rates to Kingston are USD 3,000 per 20-foot container and USD 3,300 per 40-foot container.
For Manzanillo, Panama, rates are USD 2,600 for 20-foot containers and USD 2,700 for 40-foot containers. Cartagena is priced at USD 2,400 for both sizes.
Higher rates apply to Venezuela. La Guaira and Puerto Cabello are set at USD 4,000 per 20-foot container and USD 4,500 per 40-foot container.
The new tariff takes effect from February 15, 2026, based on gate-in dates at origin.
