CMA CGM revises PSS from Indian Subcontinent, Middle East, Red Sea & Egypt to USEC & US Gulf

French ocean carrier CMA CGM has announced the revision of a peak season surcharge (PSS) from the Indian Subcontinent, Middle East Gulf, Red Sea and Egypt to the United States East Coast and US Gulf.

The Marseille-based container line said the new surcharge will be effective from 17 June (loading date) until further notice.

CMA CGM noted that the updated PSS will be US$800 per TEU, US$1,000 per FEU and US$1,200 per 45′ container and will be applied to all types of containers.
