CMA CGM revises overweight surcharge from Asia to East Africa

CMA CGM has announced changes on overweight surcharge (OWS) from North East Asia, South East Asia, Mainland China, Hong Kong SAR & Macau SAR, Taiwan Area, to East Africa (except Mozambique).

The updated OWS will be US$250 per dry 20 ft. container with a gross weight of over 18 tons. The changes will take effect on 1 August 2023.
