CMA CGM to apply fresh rates from Asia

CMA CGM applies new Freight All Kinds (FAK) rates(*) as follows as from December 15th, 2019 (date of loading in the origin ports in Asia) and until further notice but not beyond December 31st, 2019:

FAK

These new FAK rates will apply as follows:

  • Origin Range: From all Asian base ports
  • Destination Range: To all North African base ports (areas mentioned above)
  • All outports in Asia and North Africa will be subject to additional surcharges
  • Date of application: From December 15th, 2019 (date of loading in the origin ports) and until further notice but not beyond December 31st, 2019

FAK

These new FAK rates will apply as follows:

  • Origin Range: From all Asian base ports
  • Destination Range: To all Mediterranean base ports (areas mentioned above)
  • All outports in Asia and the Mediterranean will be subject to additional surcharges
  • Date of application: From December 15th, 2019 (date of loading in the origin ports) and until further notice but not beyond December 31st, 2019

CMA CGM also applies fresh Freight All Kinds (FAK) rates(*) as follows as from December 15th, 2019 (date of loading in the origin ports in Asia) until further notice:

Basic Freight 20 ‘ 40′ 40′ Reefer
Shanghai > Pointe des Galets USD 895 USD 1,540 USD 4,400

These new FAK rates will apply as follows:

  • Origin Range: Asia ports including China, Taiwan, South Korea, Japan, Southeast Asia, East Coast of India, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka
  • Destination Range: To Pointe des Galets, Reunion
  • Date of application: From December 15th, 2019 (date of loading in the origin ports) until further notice

(*) These rates include the Basic Ocean freight and the Bunker-related surcharges other than LSS20. They are subject to LSS20, the THC (Origin and Destination), the Peak Season charges and similar charges and the Safety and Security-related surcharges which are accessible at http://www.cma-cgm.com/ebusiness/tariffs/charge-finder. Other charges such as Contingency charges and local charges may also apply.
