CMA CGM Pegasus arrives at MaltaFreeport Terminals

MaltaFreeport Terminals celebrated the arrival of the CMA CGM Pegasus, the first vessel to call in Malta on the Europe Pakistan Indian Consortium (EPIC) service operated by CMA CGM, Cosco and OOCL.

More specifically, a total of 874 container moves were handled on the 11,356 TEU container ship, which provides direct fixed-day weekly calls to the North European ports of Southampton, Rotterdam, Antwerp, Le Havre and Bremerhaven, which is an alternative option to Hamburg.

The EPIC Service’s port rotation, which is calling both eastbound and westbound, is as follows, Southampton – Rotterdam – Bremenhaven – Antwerp – Le Havre – Algeciras – Jeddah – Jebel Ali – Abu Dhabi – Karachi – Nhava Sheva – Mundra – Malta Freeport – Tanger Med – Southampton.
