CMA CGM’s Short Sea Lines Division has announced the launch of a new weekly service connecting Sfax (Tunisia) with Tanger (Morocco) and Valencia (Spain), coinciding with the start of the 2025–2026 Tunisian date export season.

The new service enhances regional connectivity and provides exporters in Tunisia with faster access to international markets. Through CMA CGM’s key transshipment hubs at Tanger Med and Valencia CSP, customers will also benefit from seamless connections to all major global destinations for both dry and reefer cargo.

The first call in Sfax is scheduled for Wednesday, October 29, 2025, operating on a weekly rotation as follows: Sfax – Tanger – Valencia – Sfax. In addition, the service will connect to Casablanca via CMA CGM’s MOROCCO SHUTTLE (MOSHT) service.

CMA CGM stated that this new link will offer customers a direct, fast, and reliable logistics solution, supporting trade between North Africa and Southern Europe while strengthening the Group’s short sea network in the Mediterranean.
