CMA CGM Indonesia has announced the launch of its new Batam Singapore Xpress (BSX) shuttle service, offering direct connections between Batam and Singapore with seamless links to the Group’s global network.
The service will provide two weekly departures, giving customers greater flexibility and efficient access to major markets worldwide through Singapore. Alongside the new route, CMA CGM is introducing a one-stop-shop experience covering documentation, customs, and intermodal solutions, supported by a dedicated local team in Batam.
The BSX service will follow the rotation Batam–Singapore, with the first sailing scheduled for August 27, 2025. To further strengthen its presence, CMA CGM has also opened a new office in Batam, ensuring faster and more personalized service for its customers.
