CMA CGM introduces PSS to USEC and US Gulf Coast

French ocean carrier CMA CGM has announced a peak season surcharge (PSS) for cargo from the Indian Subcontinent, Middle East Gulf, Red Sea and Egypt to the United States East Coast and US Gulf Coast.

Effective from 1 September 2024, the surcharge will be US$1,000 per container.
