French ocean carrier CMA CGM has announced new rates and surcharges for shipments destined for the United States.

Additionally, CMA CGM will introduce a rate restoration initiative, effective from 17 January, from Guyana and Suriname to the United States. The French shipping firm will increase its rates by US$350 per TEU and US$700 per FEU.
